How we look after the personal information you share with Empower You Support Services.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry or careers form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message box. If you tick the callback option, we also record that you would prefer a phone call.
We do not ask for health information, NDIS plan details or bank details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or job application. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.
How form submissions are handled
Our forms are delivered by email through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. SMTP2GO processes your submission and emails it to admin@eyss.com.au. You can read their privacy information at smtp2go.com.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We may also use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs.
You can block these tools using your browser settings or a privacy extension.
Social media feed
Our social media feed is displayed using Elfsight, a third-party widget. When it loads, your browser connects to Elfsight and the social platforms it displays content from.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will action your request.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
